Oval Tablet: Contains milk and soy.
Pink Sublingual Tablet: Contains soy.
Suggested Use: 2 to 4 oval tablets twice daily with meals. Also place one small pink tablet under tongue (sublingually) after breakfast, and let dissolve slowly.
