Suggested Use: ADULTS: Take 1 to 4 sprays per day for no more than 10 days at a time. This product is not intended for continuous use. CHILDREN: Take one-half of the adult usage. Insert attached sprayer into the bottle. Remove protective cap and safety clip. Press plunger down briskly while breathing through nose.
